The warehouse should be located in either of these states in Nigeria: Bauchi, Kebbi, Ebonyi, Kwara, Kastina, Kano, Benue, Nasarawa, Zamfara, Uyo, Sokoto, Yobe and Jigawa state.
With the location of your warehouse secured, there is need for a manager and sales persons so that your customers won’t be stranded.
6: Have a strong Feedback Mechanism
When you are done with the above and have started supplying to your customers, the next thing is to develop good relationship with them.
It is of utmost importance that you relate well with your customers because it will help your business to grow.
